Shipping policy

Deliveries are made once a week for orders made before 12pm every Sunday.  Orders are prepared every Monday and taken to the courier, ACS Courier Service.  ACS will then contact you the next day to make a suitable delivery appointment, or if they cannot deliver to your door, the parcel will be sent to your closest ACS depot for pick up.  

For orders abroad, it may take a little longer, but we can guarantee that we will deliver the package to our courier within one and two business days after the order has been made.  The courier will then be in touch with the delivery details. Parcels are sent by the most efficient method and affordable operator, the Cyprus Postal Service.
