There are plenty of ways to use essential oils and reap the benefits of aromatherapy. There are passive applications such as burners or diffusers and there are some who prefer to add essential oils in their daily routine. You can find the habits for aromatherapy that work for you and your lifestyle.
Essential oils are heavily concentrated plant extracts. As an example, one drop of essential peppermint oil equals the strength of 15-40 cups of tea! Even though this might not seem like a lot, a drop or two is often plenty enough.
STEAM DIFFUSER, REED DIFFUSERS & BURNERS Electronic diffusers are designed to disperse a super fine mist of essential oils. Oil burners gently heat the bowl to gently fill the air with the aroma and healing benefits of the essential oil of your choice within minutes. Put a few drops of essential oils in your diffuser or burner to circulate the oil around the room. Our pre-blended reed diffusers are very effective due to their high concentration of essential oil blends. Reeds can be rotated when you want to refresh the aroma into the room.

APPLY TO THE SKIN - Essential oils are fat soluble, which means they are immediately absorbed by the skin. Our collection of ROLL ONS are diluted for easy application. Our Carrier Oil is a blended serum for the skin that is crafted with three main base oils that have their own beneficial properties listed in detail below. With added Vitamin E and Copaiba Balsam Essential oil, a small amount can be applied directly to the skin, or you can add your favourite Essential Oil Blend to further enrich the benefits. MASSAGE helps to reduce muscle pain, stimulate the lymphatic system and reduce stress hormones. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of the base blend oil.
Relax, Love & Sleep blends are recommended for massage.
TAKE A BATH Hot baths enhance the blood flow inside your body and enable the blood vessels to operate better. Adding essential oils to a carrier oil or salts, such as Magnesium salts or sea salt are just two ways of making your bath an even better experience.
Add up to 12 drops mixed in a tablespoon of carrier oil or salts. Relax and Sleep blends in the bath can get to faster to a relaxed and deep rest at the end of the day.
STEAM INHALATION Steam inhalation is a great way to use with the blends. Boil 2-3 cups of water, pour it into a bowl and add 2-5 drops of oil to the water. Place your nose about 25cm away from the bowl, cover your head and bowl with a towel, and slowly inhale the steam. It can be beneficial for your skin as well, opening the pores and allowing the oil particles to work their particular benefits. It is a very powerful and useful therapy for our health. It is the time-tested method of clearing up sinuses.

If using a burner, make sure there is air flow in the room.
